Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of an on-site housing community. You will lead staff, manage leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

You will supervise scheduling, training, and performance, aiming to maximize net operating income and resident satisfaction. A CAM/ARM preference and relevant housing experience are valued in candidates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in housing or related field is a plus.
• CAM/ARM certification is desirable (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Regular/daily onsite attendance is required.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Promote harmony and quality job performance of staff through effective leadership.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Strategic leasing management and development of marketing plans.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and handle complaints and requests.
