Qualifikationen

• 4 years in property management, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Hospitality, or Business preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish required.

Aufgaben

• Markets and lists homes for sale or lease within the community.
• Manages rent collection and delinquency processes.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local fair housing laws.
• Coordinates leasing activity, repairs and turnover.
• Maintains on-site safety and operations reporting.
