Job summary

BH Management, a leading multifamily owner and operator, is seeking a Community Manager II to lead a large community (up to 600 homes) in Bradenton, FL. You will oversee leasing, maintenance, and customer service, while driving occupancy, rent collections, and turnover efficiency.

In this role you will manage on-site staff, implement company policies, monitor budgets, and ensure adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or 5+ years of progressive property management experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience in single family or multi-family rental.
• At least 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Real Estate license preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Manage on-site property management staff and operations.
• Oversee rent collections, leasing, move-ins, and customer service.
• Drive budget and P&L performance with variance reporting.
• Conduct property inspections and maintain marketable homes.
• Lead a team and ensure safety standards and training.
