Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Community Manager II for our Daytona Beach, FL area properties. The role oversees daily operations, financials, leasing, and maintenance while upholding BH standards and delivering excellent customer service.

You will develop marketing strategies, monitor occupancy and revenue, and coordinate maintenance with a focus on resident satisfaction. Leadership experience and a state leasing license where required are essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience.
• Ability to travel via car or plane on average of 20% of the time.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer technology skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• High School or GED (General Education Diploma) Required, some college preferred.
• Where required by law, must have state leasing license or ability to obtain the required license(s) within the timeframe required by law.

Responsibilities

• Regularly inspects the property to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Analyzes market and economic trends to guide marketing and leasing strategies.
• Develops resident retention strategies and responds promptly to service issues.
• Manages repairs and maintenance requests and oversees preventative maintenance programs.
• Coordinates budgeting and financial reporting, including payables and leases.
• Hires, trains, supervises, and evaluates property staff.
