Qualifications

• 3 years of property management experience.
• Advanced MS Office Word/Excel and computer skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community (financial, administrative, sales, marketing, maintenance).
• Gathers and analyzes market trends and implements leasing strategies to meet occupancy goals.
• Hires, trains, and supervises property staff; conducts evaluations and corrective action as needed.
