Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• 3+ years property management experience preferred.
• Experience with HUD, LIHTC, or affordable housing preferred.
• Proficiency in OneSite is preferred.
• Strong leadership and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of assigned property and direct staff.
• Recruit and train associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure compliant leasing per federal/state programs.
• Develop marketing and resident services programs.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and budgeting with Regional Manager.
• Liaise with vendors and manage vendor compliance.
