The Franklin Group in Richmond, VA is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations under the Community Manager and to step in during the Community Manager’s absence. Must have HUD/LIHTC experience; this is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Responsibilities include posting rent to MRI, leasing support, resident communication, and coordinating maintenance. The role emphasizes curb appeal, fair housing compliance, and professional conduct while supporting a growing multifamily

Qualifications

• HUD/LIHTC experience required.
• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Fair Housing knowledge/certifications required within specified timelines.

Responsabilités

• Post rent to MRI and perform bookkeeping functions as necessary.
• Assist Community Manager with orientation, training and scheduling of leasing and office personnel.
• Inspect model, office and vacant units to ensure marketability and organization of on-site files.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct for all staff at all times.
• Able to lease to qualified prospects and support lease renewal program.
