Royal American Management is seeking a Community Manager to oversee a property, lead and train associates, and ensure high-quality service for residents. You will mentor staff, manage leasing and operations, and coordinate budget adherence while maintaining strong customer relations and compliance with applicable laws.

The role requires effective communication, strong leadership, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed to support property operations and resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full property operations and supervise property associates
• Provide training and direction to community staff
• Evaluate performance and conduct annual reviews
• Mentor associates to deliver excellent customer service to residents
• Attract, screen, and select prospective residents per policy and regulations
• Manage rent collection, deposits, and refunds
• Oversee security deposit administration and move-in/move-out inspections
• Monitor accounts payable procedures and assist with budget development
• Maintain vendor relationships and ensure compliance with vendor procedures
• Ensure property grounds and amenities are clean and well-maintained
• Coordinate with vendors and ensure work is approved and tracked
