Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Property/Community Manager state license where required.
• 3+ years property management experience preferred.
• ARM/CAM designations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned property in full and provide leadership to on-site staff.
• Supervise and train community associates; conduct performance reviews.
• Develop marketing and advertising campaigns for apartment leasing.
• Maintain rent collection procedures and budgetary guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with vendor approvals and service contractor oversight.
• Assist with annual operating budget and financial planning.
