Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum of relevant property management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and self-motivated with leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Be part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage daily operations of two properties to achieve budgeted goals.
• Control expenditures within the approved budget, including maintenance repairs.
• Oversee lease enforcement and renewals; approve applications and discounts.
• Supervise property staff, including hiring, training and performance management.
• Support client/owner relationships with updates and reporting.
