Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years as a Community Manager or Assistant Community Manager.
• Must have a valid Drivers license.
• HCCP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the property and staff.
• Lead leasing and marketing activities to achieve high occupancy.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance and NOI for the property.
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendor contracts and safety programs.
