Job summary

Envolve Client Services Group is seeking a Senior Community Manager for Pleasant Homes and Millwood in the Maryland area. The role oversees on-site staff, leasing, and budget management to maximize NOI while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing laws.

The ideal candidate brings 3 years of property management, LIHTC and Yardi experience, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities. Some travel and weekend availability may be required. Competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must have 3 years of property management experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost control skills.
• LIHTC and tax credit knowledge required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel for training and meetings.
• High School diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site staff and leasing/marketing activities.
• Develop yearly operating and capital budgets.
• Ensure units are market ready and compliant with laws.
• Monitor resident relations and retention.
• Collect rent and manage invoices.
• Bid, negotiate and manage vendor contracts.
• Provide reports as required.
• Ensure safety and compliance with fair housing laws.
