Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or related field.
• 4-6 years minimum experience in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills; detail-oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of an assigned property and team to meet budgetary and occupancy goals.
• Coach onsite team members with training and development; monitor performance.
• Assist in budget development by analyzing financial statements and market data.
• Ensure timely rent collection, deposits, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage budgets, and monitor expenditures.
• Lead lease enforcement, inspections, and notices in line with lease terms.
