Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of property management, sales, marketing and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property and team to meet budgeted goals.
• Oversee rent collection, invoicing, and monthly financial reporting.
• Approve vendor invoices and manage communications with owners and contractors.
• control expenditures within approved budget and petty cash maintenance.
• Oversee lease processes, inspections, notices, and renewal/eviction actions.
• Develop marketing/leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
