Qualifications

• Management experience in property or apartment communities.
• Ability to lead a high-energy, upscale environment with polished communication.
• Commitment to training, coaching and ongoing education for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and minimizing vacancy loss.
• Lead and supervise leasing/marketing and maintenance personnel.
• Supervise turnover, move-in/out inspections and application processing.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic and product availability.
• Maintain sales/leasing models and communicate issues to the appropriate party.
• Improve NOI through revenue maximization and expense controls.
• Review monthly financial statements and oversee accounts payable.
• Administer tenant leases and maintain positive tenant relations; enforce terms.
• Prepare annual budgets and provide reports to owners.
• Perform periodic property inspections and manage third-party vendors.
