North Shore Gardens is seeking a Community Manager for our Fort Worth, TX apartment community. This full-time role focuses on leasing production under the Regional Manager’s supervision within a high-energy, upscale environment.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy loss.
• Lead and supervise leasing/marketing and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee turnover process and inspections; process applications.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns and product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards of sales & leasing models.
• Improve NOI through revenue maximization and expense control.
• Recommend rent adjustments based on market changes.
• Review monthly financial statements and accounts payable.
• Administer tenant leases and maintain tenant relations; enforce lease terms.
• Prepare annual budgets and report to owners monthly/quarterly.
• Perform property inspections and supervise vendors; manage bids.
• Complete other tasks as directed.
