Job summary

North Shore Gardens is seeking a full-time Resident Services Specialist for a premier apartment community in St Augustine, FL. This role focuses on welcoming residents and promoting a strong sense of community while coordinating events and delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, be comfortable managing social media and newsletters, and work closely with the property team to ensure a high-quality resident experience.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors.
• Promote a sense of community and connect residents with one another.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Strong written, verbal and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide an open and welcoming environment for residents, prospective residents, guests, and vendors to promote maximum resident retention.
• Acquire broad knowledge of the community and surrounding area.
• Prepare and maintain logs of resident issues and services provided.
• Assist residents with lease-violation resolutions under supervision of the Property Manager.
• Prepare and deliver move-in and renewal gifts.
• Coordinate resident events (minimum of one per month).
• Manage social media and monthly newsletter distribution.
• Address resident concerns within 24 hours using the Kingsley platform.
• Greet, tour and lease to prospects; respond to leads.
