Responsibilities

• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing vacancy loss.
• Lead and supervise leasing/marketing and maintenance staff.
• Oversee renewal processes, inspections, applications, and unit make-ready requirements.
• Understand site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability.
• Ensure sales and leasing models meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance; communicate issues.
• Improve NOI through revenue optimization and expense controls while maintaining assets.
• Review monthly financial statements and monitor accounts payable.
