Job summary

North Shore Gardens is seeking a Community Manager for one of our apartment communities in Florida. The role reports to the Regional Manager and leads leasing production, marketing, and maintenance teams to deliver strong occupancy and NOI in an upscale environment.

You will oversee leasing processes, budget planning, and vendor coordination while maintaining tenant relations and ensuring property standards. This position offers a promotable, growth-focused culture with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading leasing/marketing and maintenance teams.
• Ability to maximize occupancy and NOI.
• Strong communication with tenants and owners.
• Experience with budget preparation and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Maximize rental revenue by maintaining high occupancy and reducing vacancy loss.
• Lead and supervise leasing/marketing and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee turnover process and ensure units are ready for new tenants.
• Monitor leasing trends, traffic, and product availability.
• Ensure sales and leasing models meet high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Prepare annual budgets and review monthly financials for properties.
