Under the Regional Manager, you will oversee leasing production, team supervision, budgeting, and vendor management while striving to maximize occupancy and NOI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of management experience in property or apartment communities.
• Ability to lead leasing/marketing and maintenance teams.
• Strong financial acumen for NOI optimization and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Maximize occupancy and minimize vacancy loss through effective leasing strategies.
• Lead and supervise a team of leasing/marketing and maintenance personnel.
• Oversee turnover process including move-in/out inspections and screening procedures.
• Monitor site leasing trends, traffic patterns, and product availability.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance across sales models.
• Review monthly financial statements and manage accounts payable.
• Administer tenant leases and ensure positive tenant relations.
