Job summary

Rose Associates, based in New York City, seeks a seasoned Community Manager to oversee leasing, resident satisfaction, and financial performance across multifamily properties. You will collaborate with teams to meet occupancy goals and ensure regulatory compliance, while leading a unit- and site-wide staff.

The role requires strong budgeting, vendor management, and communication skills, with on-site presence and weekend availability as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, real estate, or finance or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of multifamily residential community management experience.
• Proficiency with community management software (Yardi, RentCafe, On-Site, Elise AI).

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity to maximize occupancy and rent performance.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and manage escalated resident concerns.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Supervise staff including Resident Managers and leasing teams.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and capital improvements.
• Enforce lease terms and enforcement procedures as needed.
