Job summary

You will collaborate with teams to achieve property goals, maximize occupancy and profits, and strengthen the property's market value.

This role is on-site with significant incentive pay and full benefits; annual salary range $100,000–$110,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, real estate, or finance.
• Minimum 5 years in multifamily residential community management.
• Strong financial skills, budgeting and GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with community management software (Yardi, RentCafe, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activity, resident satisfaction, and financial performance.
• Lead a unified team and oversee scheduling for staff and offices.
• Enforce policies, regulate compliance, and manage vendor relationships.
• Coordinate maintenance, capital improvements, and construction oversight.
• Monitor budgets, prepare variance and utility reports, and ensure reporting accuracy.
