SRG Residential manages a 200-unit property in Phoenix and seeks a capable Community Manager to supervise operations, rental performance and staffing. The role emphasizes leadership, financial oversight, and vendor coordination to maximize income while delivering service excellence.

You will hire and train staff, manage rent collection and delinquencies, and ensure safety and policy compliance across the site. A background in apartment operations is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have 5 years in a Community Manager role on at least 200 units.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong sales skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business materials and reports.
• Ability to compute figures and apply basic math.
• Proficiency with property-management software and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and develop a competent on-site team.
• Oversee daily operations and optimize income opportunities.
• Manage rent collection, delinquencies and insurance compliance.
• Review monthly performance and assist with budgets and forecasts.
• Coordinate vendor bids and monitor contract quality and safety compliance.
• Ensure safety procedures and adherence to policies; read and implement handbooks.
