SRG Residential is seeking an Assistant Manager for a 200‑unit property in Phoenix, AZ. The role supports the Community Manager, trains staff, and helps maximize income through rent strategies.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in multifamily property management, strong communication, and proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and Word. Will work weekends/overtime as needed and maintain licensing and insurance on file.

Formación

• Minimum 3+ years of related property management experience; ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations (discounts, percentages, etc.).
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Familiarity with property-level operations software; Outlook, Internet, Excel, Word.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as acting Community Manager in their absence.
• Train and assist team; help with staff scheduling.
• Review rent recommendations and identify opportunities to maximize income.
• Handle rent collection, delinquency actions, and GL coding processes.
• Review move-in/out files; ensure accurate data in software.
• Prepare weekly reports and assist with monthly variance reports.
• Resolve resident conflicts and enforce company policies.
