Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related property management experience with ability to pass fair housing exam.
• Ability to effectively communicate both written and verbal.
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages; apply basic math concepts.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Must have knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, EXCEL, and WORD.
• Current driver's license and auto insurance.
• Able to work weekends and overtime as job requires.

Aufgaben

• Assumes supervisory responsibilities in the Community Manager's absence.
• Assists in training and development of the team, assists in schedules of employee work times.
• Reviews daily rent recommendations and identifies opportunities to maximize income.
• Collects current and delinquent rent; implements timely legal action; posts invoices; uses PO; codes GL; reconciles security deposits.
• Reviews move in/out files; ensures timely and accurate data entry in property software.
• Prepares weekly reports and assists in monthly variance reports with the property manager.
• Assists in resolving resident conflicts and enforces company policies.
• Follows and implements company/employee handbooks and property policy manuals.
