• Experience with Yardi is preferred.

• Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Aufgaben

• Directs employees and outside contractors in renovations, service requests, repairs and grounds maintenance.
• Obtains and analyzes bids from outside contractors and submits for action.
• Orders supplies, appliances and equipment from vendors.
• Coordinates work by outside vendors and inspects quality and conformance to specs.
