Catholic Charities of Baltimore, Gallagher Services is seeking a Manager of Community Living to oversee staffing, operation, and maintenance of assigned site(s) under direction of the Program Director. This role partners with PCP Specialists to help people with developmental and intellectual disabilities live life of their choice.

Responsibilities include on-call coverage, supervising a team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in a related field, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
