Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore is seeking a Manager of Community Living to oversee staffing, operations, and maintenance at the assigned site under the Program Director. The role works with PCP Specialists to support adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities in living the life they choose.

A critical part of the job is on-call responsiveness to ensure continuous operation and timely resolution of issues outside regular hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 4 years’ related experience, including at least 1 year supervisory.
• Meets matrix requirements for level II.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where people are valued and develop their fullest potential.
• Manage a team of up to 10+ staff, including recruiting and performance reviews.
• Develop and monitor active staffing schedules with proper ratios and trained DSPs.
• On-call duties to respond to urgent situations outside normal hours.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team communications with individuals, families, and agencies.
• Maintain individual files including medical, dental, and hospital coordination.
• Ensure incidents are logged in the Case Management System and followed up.
