Job summary

Catholic Charities of Baltimore Gallagher Services seeks a Manager of Community Living to oversee staffing, operations, and maintenance at assigned sites. The role supports adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities to live the life of their choice, in collaboration with PCP Specialists.

You will lead a team, manage on-call coverage, and ensure adherence to person-centered planning principles, while promoting dignity and rights for individuals served.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services; 4 years’ related experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Meets matrix requirements for level II.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a team of 10+ staff, including recruiting, performance reviews, and timesheets.
• Operate on-call duties to ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Coordinate with PCP Specialists to support individuals and families.
• Maintain individual files, including medication management and appointments.
• Develop and monitor staffing schedules ensuring proper ratios.
• Oversee budgeting for the site and maintain entitlements.
