Job summary

Bloom Growth is seeking a Senior Community Manager to bring our growth strategy to life across user and coach communities. You will own programming, experiences, and engagement, working with Marketing and cross‑functional teams to create value and growth.

You will design campaigns, manage events, and optimize community health across Mighty Networks and related platforms. A strong track record in remote, executive-facing engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in marketing, communications or related field.
• 5+ years in community management or customer engagement, preferably B2B.
• Hands-on in planning and delivering community programming from start to finish.
• Experience engaging executive-level or partner audiences.
• Experience with community platforms such as Mighty Networks or Circle.

Responsibilities

• Translate growth strategy into engaging community programming and experiences.
• Own programming calendar across user and coach communities, including webinars and AMA sessions.
• Build and maintain community spaces and navigation within platforms.
• Manage daily health, moderation, tone, and engagement.
• Design and test engagement strategies to drive participation and retention.
• Activate marketing campaigns within communities to extend reach.
• Re‑engage dormant members through targeted programming.
• Recruit and coordinate members and guest contributors for programming.
• Monitor engagement metrics and iterate based on results.
• Capture insights to inform marketing campaigns and acquisition efforts.
• Collaborate across Marketing, CX, Sales, and other teams to own outcomes.
