Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
• Strong financial, marketing, and customer-service expertise.
• Valid driver's license for operating community vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, engage, and retain a diverse team of property management professionals.
• Hold regular staff and individual meetings to maintain team culture.
• Develop marketing plans and monitor appearance and traffic strategies.
• Adjust rents proactively based on market conditions.
• Establish operating budgets with input from key leaders.
• Monitor occupancy and address risks; conduct weekly property inspections.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through programs and service.
• Stay informed on local market trends and forecast changes.
• Lead competitive assessments and ensure timely reporting.
