Formación

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial, marketing, and customer service expertise.
• Valid driver's license for operating community vehicles.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, engage, and retain a diverse team of property management professionals.
• Hold regular staff and individual meetings to maintain team culture and progress toward goals.
• Develop marketing plans, monitor property appearance, and evaluate lease traffic.
• Set market rents proactively and monitor occupancy and budgeting.
• Lead budgeting, reporting, and strategic market adjustments.
• Inspect property conditions and report risks or needs.
• Drive resident satisfaction and retention through focused programs.
• Oversee vendor management and ensure compliance with training requirements.
