Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
• Strong financial, marketing, and customer service expertise.
• Valid driver's license for operating community vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, engage, and retain a diverse team of property management professionals.
• Hold regular staff and individual meetings to maintain culture and progress.
• Develop marketing plans, monitor property appearance, and traffic strategies.
• Ensure associates understand the competitive environment and adjust rents.
• Establish operating budgets with input from team leaders.
• Review updates to address occupancy and risks, and report needs.
