Qualifications

• 5+ years of property management experience.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of employment, fair housing, and landlord/tenant laws.
• Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
• Strong financial, marketing, and customer service expertise.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, engage, and retain a diverse team of property management professionals with a focus on DEIB.
• Hold regular staff and individual meetings to maintain team culture and progress toward property goals.
• Develop effective marketing plans, monitor appearance, and evaluate cost per lease and traffic strategies.
• Ensure associates understand the competitive environment and adjust market rents proactively.
• Anticipate market changes and make strategic adjustments.
• Prepare operating budgets with input from key team leaders.
• Review weekly occupancy updates and address risks or service needs.
• Inspect the property weekly to assess conditions and needs.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and retention goals.
• Stay current on local market conditions, trends, and forecasts.
• Identify and implement marketing campaigns to generate traffic and leases.
• Lead competitive property assessments using online research and market data.
• Foster a customer-focused culture of respect, responsiveness, and efficiency.
• Respond to resident and prospect inquiries professionally and confidently.
• Participate in resident relationship-building and monthly renewal programs.
• Set leasing and maintenance goals and ensure timely reporting.
