• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field; Master degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of community based services.
• Supervise staff and interns; provide crisis intervention as needed.
• Ensure records and data quality; comply with HUD and funder requirements.
• Assist in landlord mediation and support case managers on challenging cases.
• Monitor program outcomes and promote continuous quality improvement.
• Lead team meetings and staff development; manage resources for staff.
