Job summary

• Proven crisis intervention, boundary setting, and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Provide intake, assessments and service planning with tenants.
• Coordinate resources, referrals and advocacy for tenants.
• Deliver individual counseling and plan/lead therapeutic group activities.
• Provide crisis intervention for mental health or medical emergencies.
• Assist tenants with applications and advocacy for public benefits.
• Support tenants in achieving housing stability and sustainable income.
• Maintain accurate tenant files and HMIS data entries.
• Engage in clinical supervision, group and individual.
• Address tenant issues to help prevent eviction.
