Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Community Manager.
• May require industry certifications or licensing depending on state.
• Strong communication and governance skills with boards and developers.

Responsibilities

• Manage highly complex associations and phasing schedules.
• Mentor new CAM ND team members and share best practices.
• Coordinate with developers, Boards, and internal teams on budgets and projects.
• Monitor annual meetings and site inspections; provide homeowner updates.
• Review invoices, budgets, and cash flow with accounting staff.
