Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent).
• 3 years experience as a Community Manager handling HOA duties.
• Industry certifications or licensing may be required depending on state.
• Strong leadership abilities and comfort with public speaking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage shifting priorities.
• Work independently with accountability to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of communities with HOA oversight and governance.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on client expectations and budgets.
• Lead Boards and committees, guiding proactive planning and actions.
• Review invoices, monitor cash flow and assist with reserve planning.
• Perform site inspections and ensure compliance with governing documents.
• Provide training and mentorship to newer managers.
• Prepare reports for Board meetings and communicate updates clearly.
