Job summary

RISE Association Management Group in Austin seeks an experienced Community Association Manager to oversee condo and HOA portfolios. You will be the main liaison for Boards, coordinate finances, vendors, and resident services, and ensure projects stay on track.

The role requires organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multiple communities with professional judgment. Local travel and occasional evening events are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of HOA or community association management experience.
• Experience working directly with Boards of Directors.
• Experience managing vendors and homeowner concerns.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to travel within the Austin area.
• Ability to attend occasional evening Board meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HOA communities in the Austin area.
• Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned Boards.
• Attend Board meetings and prepare agendas and reports.
• Coordinate budgets, audits, vendors, and project follow-through.
• Ensure action items are completed and communications are proactive.
• Onboard new associations and optimize service delivery.
• Maintain accurate community records.
• Balance multiple priorities and deadlines.
