RealManage is seeking a Community Association Manager (CAM) in Austin, TX to lead day-to-day operations for a portfolio of HOAs and other communities. You will collaborate with the Director of CAM and board members to ensure timely, professional service and strong relationships with homeowners and vendors.

You will manage budgets, track financials, and drive service improvements while upholding RealManage standards and the RM Way.

Qualificações

• CMCA or state certifications are preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• 2–3 years in property/community management with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
• Experience managing complex developer portfolios.
• Strong understanding of community association business and financial statements.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• High integrity and customer service orientation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; able to engage with internal and external customers.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a portfolio of community associations.
• Provide strategic and operational guidance to Boards of Directors.
• Assist with contractor selection, insurance coordination, and long-term planning.
• Develop and execute plans to enhance services and efficiency.
• Prepare for and conduct Board/Annual Meetings with monthly management reports.
• Present financial and operational reports to Boards and stakeholders.
