Lifetime HOA Management seeks an experienced HOA Community Manager in San Antonio to lead multiple associations, supervise daily operations, and foster strong relationships with Boards and homeowners.

You'll oversee budgets, maintenance programs, vendor contracts, and compliance with Texas laws, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring communities thrive through proactive governance and clear communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of HOA or related property management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations and Texas HOA laws.
• Experience managing budgets and capital improvement projects.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with HOA boards, homeowners, and stakeholders.
• Prepare board meeting agendas and packets; attend meetings.
• Oversee day-to-day HOA operations and inspections.
• Coordinate maintenance, vendors, and capital projects.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries with professional service.
• Assist with budgets, financial statements, and reserves.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and Texas HOA laws.
• Generate reports and maintain HOA records.
