Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning of multiple projects, supervising the commissioning team, coordinating with owners, engineers, and architects, and driving the testing and balancing processes to ensure peak system performance and safety. The role involves field leadership, schedule and budget oversight, and close client interaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and testing adjusting and balancing.
• Certification from ACG, BCxA, ASHRAE, or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
• Proficient with cloud-based commissioning software platforms (CxAlloy).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong scope management and scheduling skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to interact professionally with owners, owner's representatives, contractors, engineers, and architects.

Responsibilities

• Identify information gaps and perform research as needed.
• Lead project management and scheduling for commissioning tasks.
• Create and review checklists and functional performance tests.
• Perform functional performance testing on systems.
• Conduct site walks and observe equipment startups and log issues.
• Drive corrective actions for identified gaps in scope/performance.
• Coordinate commissioning tasks with the field team and owners.
• Interact with owners, clients, architects, engineers, and designers to plan projects and budgets.
• Lead meetings and develop commissioning plans and final reports.
• Manage multiple commissioning projects, ensuring client requirements and ENFRA quality standards.
