Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Commissioning Provider I to lead the commissioning team on multiple construction projects, focusing on MEP coordination, equipment startup, controls programming, and TAB. You will drive the commissioning process, resolve field issues, and verify systems meet peak performance and safety standards while collaborating with owners, architects, engineers and contractors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commissioning or related building construction experience.
• Experience with mechanical, plumbing, automatic temperature control systems, and/or TAB.
• Commissioning certification from ACG/BCxA/ASHRAE or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commissioning team across multiple projects and coordinate with owners, engineers, and contractors.
• Drive commissioning plans, checklists, and functional performance tests.
• Perform site walks, observe equipment startup, and generate observation reports and issues logs.
• Identify and drive corrective actions for scope or performance gaps.
• Develop the commissioning plan and final commissioning report.
• Manage client interfaces, team coordination, schedules, and budgets.
