Job summary

Mortenson is seeking a Commissioning Manager to drive project commissioning, contract administration, and overall success of complex assignments. You will plan and execute work requiring independent judgment in adapting commissioning techniques and criteria.

Responsibilities include leading tests, developing plans, and coordinating across disciplines to ensure quality and turnover. Strong leadership and communication are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of equivalent field experience.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
• Deep understanding of commissioning processes from start-up to turnover.

Responsibilities

• Perform scope of work technical reviews with detailed comments.
• Develop commissioning specifications, plans, checklists, and tests.
• Lead field visits, inspections, and tests with technical guidance.
• Draft issue resolutions, lessons learned, and final reports.
