Job summary

JLL, seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer, will lead commissioning activities for large-scale facility construction projects. The role requires proficiency in MEP systems, quality assurance, and extensive technical leadership from design to post-construction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP engineering and/or field-testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC field services.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation including preparation, review, and issuance of commissioning deliverables.
• Work directly with General Contractors, MEP trades, and inspectors.

Skills

Expert knowledge of commissioning processes per ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED standards

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Strong data management skills

Ability to analyze third-party schedule updates

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
