Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to oversee commissioning activities for critical facility projects. This role requires extensive knowledge of MEP systems and commissioning processes across all project phases.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and expertise in using commissioning software. This position offers a salary range of $117,000 to $143,000 and a supportive work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP engineering or field-testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC field services.
• Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities including site visits and functional testing.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation and develop inspection checklists.
