Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC field services.
• Strong fee, time, productivity, conflict, and quality management capabilities.
• Proficiency using electrical testing meters and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Conduct field‑based commissioning activities including startup witnessing and functional testing.
• Manage end‑to‑end project documentation including preparation, review, and issuance of deliverables.

Skills

Expert knowledge of commissioning processes per ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED standards

Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP engineering or field-testing experience

Proficiency with calibrated testing equipment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong data management skills
