Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Commissioning Engineer to lead commissioning activities for large-scale critical facility projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, at least 10 years of experience in MEP engineering, and extensive knowledge of commissioning processes such as ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED.

Compensation ranges from $117,000 to $143,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes a 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant MEP engineering or field-testing experience.
• Minimum 5 years providing building commissioning and/or construction QA/QC field services.
• Proficiency in QA/QC and commissioning software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute comprehensive commissioning activities across all project phases.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities including site visits, startup witnessing, and testing.
• Manage end-to-end project documentation including commissioning deliverables.
