Job summary

JLL is seeking a Commissioning Project Engineer to support the Commissioning & Building Analytics (CBA) team. The role involves field-based commissioning, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring rigor in testing and documentation across design, pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree with 2+ years of field-testing experience, strong data management, and proficient MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Recognized university technical degree or equivalent; engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out commissioning processes and deliverables covered by ASHRAE, CSA, and LEED commissioning requirements.
• Monitor, review, and execute commissioning-related projects; support design through post-construction phases.
• Liaise with team members, consultants, and contractors to lead cross-functional project teams.
• Develop commissioning plans and specifications; manage schedules and sequences of work.
• Conduct field-based commissioning activities including site visits and test form approvals.
• Perform design drawing and specification reviews and witness testing.
• Manage training programs for installed equipment and systems.
