Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Seattle is seeking a Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager to own the Sprinter business at the store. You will prospect, build a multi-stakeholder pipeline, and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to delivery.

You will lead CRM-driven account development, advise on configurations, and coordinate with upfit/ service teams to ensure on-time delivery. A vendor-wide network and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Commercial vehicle or B2B sales experience required.
• Strong account management and pipeline development.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop commercial accounts across Seattle metro.
• Manage full commercial sales cycle from outreach to delivery.
• Maintain CRM pipeline with active prospects and accounts.
• Advise on Sprinter configurations to match client needs.
• Coordinate with upfit vendors and service for timely delivery.
• Develop fleet relationships with government and large operators.
• Stay current on Sprinter model changes and incentives.
• Report activity and progress to store management.
